Boat Smart is a public boating safety course offered periodically by the San Francisco Power Squadron.
Chart Smart is a public course on the basics of navigation.
Introduction to GPS is a new public course offering that we’re integrating with Chart Smart, which uses more traditional forms of navigation on the water.
For 2007, the US Power Squadron curriculum is being revised to combine Boat Smart and Chart Smart into The Squadron Boating Course.
